SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
 
        Considering the economic constraints that all of us are facing, the Board of Directors, at their October 16, 2011 Board Meeting, voted to lower the 2012 APRA Full Memberships to $150.00.
        Additionally, NO LATE FEES will be assessed.  Gold Card memberships will remain at $50.00.  The $150.00 cost includes The Rodeo News.
 
        If you have purchased your 2012 membership already, you will  be refunded the difference.

       Additionally, due to the fact that
 the ballots will not be counted until the November 2011 Board Meeting, and the position of President, will be changing, membership cards cannot be printed until after that meeting.
        As soon as the results are official, your membership cards will be mailed.
