1. Immediately after completion of rodeo, secretary shall make payment to winning contestants in each event. On one head or any number of head of stock, added money and entry fees are to be totaled, ten percent (10%) sanction fee is to be deducted and the balance of entry fees and added money is to be paid as follows:
A. In the Saddle Bronc and Bareback riding when there are 1 to 4 entries two (2) monies will be paid (60/40); 5 to eight entries three (3) monies will be paid (50/30/20); 9 or more entries four ( 4) monies will be paid (40/30/20/10) Until 1st place exceeds $400, then six (6) monies will be paid (29/24/19/14/9/5). After 1st Place exceeds $800 then 8 monies will be paid (23/20/17/14/11/8/5/2).
B. In the Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling, Tie-Down Roping, Cowgirl’s Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping and Team Roping the payoff will be as follows: Less than $600 pay 2 places (60/40); $600 to $999 pays 3 places (50/30/20); $1000 - $1,999 pays 4 places (40/30/20/10); $2000 to $4,9999 pays 6 places (29/24/19/14/9/5); $5,000 or more pays 8 places (23/20/17/14/11/8/5/2).
C. Computation of payoff in the team roping will be calculated on individual winnings, not on a team basis, however, number of entries will be determined by the number of teams.
D. When only five (5) contestants qualify for a six (6) money payoff, money shall be divided 33/25/19/13/10. When only seven (7) contestants qualify for a eight (8) money payoff, money shall be divides 27/21/16/13/10/8/5.

Local fees. Local fee has increased to $20. A person may enter as a local at an unlimited number of rodeos during the 2011 season.
Notice and payment of fines. A motion was made to require that stock contractors be notified immediately preceding any rodeo where working personnel have not purchased their membership cards. A second notice will be sent and if said money is not paid within 15 days the Stock Contractor will be assessed a fine.
Rule 15 under Cowgirl’s Barrel Racing change “at all” to “within 15 feet of barrels or stakes”.
Re-rides: A motion was made to change Rule (c) under Re-rides in Judging Methods – Rough Stock from “both judges” to “one judge” and “ten (10)” to “fifteen (15)”.
It was noted that the fine listed in Contract Acts Rule 1, page 63-64 needs to be corrected to read $50.
